Treadwell connects every learner with the right support — English language services, gifted and talented enrichment, and a wealth of district family resources.
Treadwell welcomes families from around the world. Our ESL program supports students whose first language is not English, helping them build the listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills they need to thrive across every subject.
Certified ESL teachers work alongside classroom teachers — through small groups and in-class support — so students grow their English while staying fully part of grade-level learning. Families receive translated communication and interpretation support for conferences and meetings whenever needed.
C.L.U.E. is the Memphis-Shelby County Schools program for academically gifted students. Through enrichment and project-based challenges, C.L.U.E. stretches curious thinkers beyond the standard curriculum. Students are identified through a district screening and referral process — ask your child's teacher or our office how to begin a referral.
